After three months' negotiation and technical discussion, we final let this project finalized. For the strict requirements of customers for the customized silk screen pringthashta glass panel quality, to fit customoers' request that over 20 years warranty we consulted the glass material supplier,Ink supplier and people related,finally we found the most viable solution.
3 months seemed very long for most people,our germany customer told us the others of his suplliers in China didn't continuous follow-up and didn't not much interested in this project.
Fortunately, we persisted and worked with our customers to find a solution to the problem.
As a well-known access control company,their recognition is the best return for our efforts, and the customer intend to carry out long-term cooperation in the later period.
